Our firm offers a wide range of career services to assist individuals in a variety of circumstances from someone who desires to advance within their current employment to a person who decides to change professional fields altogether. The initial client meeting, in-person or over the phone, is devoted to establishing the client's situation, needs and to clarifying what we believe CCC can accomplish for the client.

Part of our coaching philosophy at CCC emphasizes the importance of forward momentum and not 'getting stuck' in any phase of career transition. We believe that job search and career change are among the hardest work most people will ever pursue — not physically, but psychologically and emotionally. At CCC, once assessment is completed and a client's objectives established, action and results are promoted as the proven anti-dote to the stress and tension of change.
We provide a notebook laying out the steps for achieving his or her goals to each client who completes 10 hours of work with CCC. This approach enables clients to take control of their transition goals including using our coaching services as they feel needed to keep their efforts on track.
